I have not lived here seeing as how I never even got a chance because the lady that answered the phone immediately informed me that they do not accept section 8 and she seemed annoyed that i even asked. As far as I know in utah you cannot discriminate against people who pay with vouchers. oh well there is a place where we can report these properties.

The ladies that work in the office are clueless and careless, you should do some research about this company before renting from them.

Overall, a decent place to live. It can be a bit expensive as a college student, but I had no complaints about living here.
