Overall, our experience at Logan Landing was fantastic! We really appreciated working with Dave, who does the maintance. The apartment was well taken care of and landscaping was great. The checkout process was very fair and smooth. They gave us the opportunity to redo a couple of things we missed on the checklist. The only issue was that sometimes communicating with the office could be a little challenging / confusing. Also, the pool was closed for the entirety of our contract which was a small bummer.

It only gets a three because Dave the maintenance guy is awesome. He can fix anything. Shelly comes across as very rigid and annoyed with you. When we moved in we had a huge crack in our tub. They said "Just use the other one" So we did for a while. But they didn't do anything. They eventually came and put tape over it. It got sticky and gross. I demanded it fixed. It took them around 6 months to get us a new tub. The fridge wouldn't keep a good temp. they tried to fix it three times. it would leak water from the freezer to the fridge. we had to catch it with cups. The freezer totally died and ruined all of our food. I had to threaten to not pay rent to get that resolved. Then they got us a new fridge. The pool was NEVER available to use other than a few months the entire two years we lived there. Any discount? No. Then naturally we lost track of the key. They charged us 50 dollars for a new one, even tough we didn't have use of the pool!! Overall was not impressed and did not enjoy living there. Nothing special about it. Dave is awesome though.

I have not been approved yet, but Shelly here at Logan landing has been a pleasure to work with. she is friendly, helpful, and will get back with you in an extremely timely manner. If you are looking for a landlord who is not at all difficult and is a pleasure to work with, this is the place to be.
