Love the new manager, didn't care for the last one because she was very rude and unfriendly. We we're thinking about moving because of the last management, but have planned on staying longer due to the knew manager and maintenance. The property is kept up better and when ever there is a maintenance issue they are on top of it.

Love Logan landing Shelley and the maintenance team are always there and ready to help. Been a resident for 4 years and they have been nothing but amazing if something breaks there on it. The living space is spacious and I have a family of 5 love the pet friendly environment. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Me and my family enjoy living here. I recommend to any family or person.

Shelly and Dave have been attentive to our needs, and very kind. This is a great place to live, the townhomes are big and beautiful. There is a gym, a pool, and they allow pets! This is my second year here, and anytime we needed something or had an issue, we were able to contact either Dave or Shelly, and they promptly called us back and resolved whatever issue we were having.

Love living here. Shelly does everything and anything she can to help living here be a positive experience. Dave does the maintenance and is always just a phone call away, even when my next door neighbor’s heat went out around 8 at night on a cold weekday. Dave had already gone home but came back to see what he could do. The size of the living space is amazing. The only bad thing is, I love the master bedroom SO much that I want to spend too much time there!!!!
