I called to simply ask some clarifying questions regarding rent payment, floor plans, move-in options, etc. The woman who answered the phone was crabby and vile. She demanded to know who I was (a possible renter??) and when I asked about various options for gas, electricity etc she was snippy and short with me. When I asked about move-in options for the coming summer, she proceeded to tell me there's a 30+ person waitlist and that I MUST get on the waiting list now if I want a chance at anything. First impressions are a thing, and I definitely did not get a good one. Will not be living here thanks to that phone call.

Shelly is amazing. She has been super friendly and trans-friendly. The only thing that could be better is the price. The apartments are large and comfortable. Really nice looking place.

We have lived at Logan Landing for 4 years and absolutely love it! The townhomes are very spacious and well maintained. Our 3 bed/2.5 bath is perfect for our family and we love that our dogs are so welcomed here. Shelly (property manager) and Dave (maintenance) are both incredible people and we absolutely adore them. Shelly is always very welcoming and caring. Dave is so kind and always attends to any issues in a timely manner. The grounds are well maintained and the complex itself is close to everything. Our only complaint is how much rent has been increasing. Other than that, we have loved it here.

I absolutely love this place! Both Shelly (who runs the office) and Dave (maintenance) are amazing! I moved from Idaho for school and I have never felt more welcome to a new home in my life. The town homes are beautiful both inside and out. Pets are welcomed and loved. I cant say enough good things about this place.

We were considering renting from here until we saw what appeared to be dishonest business practices taking place. The website had listed that there was a $500 dollar move in special bonus. You can see the image yourself for proof attached to this review. When the manager was asked if they had any specials, she said no. We sent an employee at the office the photo and he said he would escalate it to the higher management and they also refused to accept their promotional offer posted on their website claiming it was a mistake! This is not some simple mistake--it required someone to alter a website so it is very difficult to believe this improbable claim. This just seems like deceptive business practices or bait-and-switch tactics. Had the company simply made any attempt to rectify the situation, even $100 off would have sufficed, we would have most likely still considered renting there, but to make no effort to pacify the situation, nor address any concerns after several attempts of reaching out to them shows very little respect for customers, and does not bode well for how honest, hospitable and responsive they would be to their tenants. This apparent artifice lead us to seek more reputable properties.

I love this place! Shelley is the manager and she does a fantastic job. She is so great to work with! The location is wonderful and there is tons of parking! One of my favorite places I've lived in Logan!

We have loved our experience here! Shelly is the sweetest and always quick to answer emails with any questions we have. I emailed her about a wasps nest outside of our door and Dave was there less than 10 minutes later to take care of it. Speaking of Dave, he is very personable and does a great job repairing anything in need of fixing. The pool and hot tub are well maintained so our family got to enjoy it regularly. Such a fun perk to an already great community! Neighbors are kind and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s pet friendly, but even people without animals can enjoy it because the lawns are kept clean. Landscaping also does a great job coming every week. My favorite part is probably the HUGE kitchens. Granite countertops with So. Much. Space. Love it! Seriously, the townhomes are beautiful and roomy. Definitely 5 stars!

Shelly was always a good manager. The townhouses are nice, maintenance was always pretty quick, no complaints at all. I highly recommend this place.
