We were looking for a place to move back in September. Found Logans Landing and the move in was great! Management has been amazing at communication, getting things fixed and is super friendly. Location is good, price is amazing, especially with inflation right now.

My wife and I moved here recently and have loved the experience so far. Abby has been amazing, and the maintenance team has been great too (especially Cole). We're looking forward to enjoying our new home.

I am a new resident and so far everything is great. Phil was wonderful. He answered and explained my questions in detail. The community is well kept and quiet. I am going to enjoy living here.

If you want a place where new expenses are coming up all the time, the tenants are not listened to at all (even at very grave circumstances), the managers (many of them!) give very different answers to the same question, and everything is about money, money, money… Congrats, this is the right place to you!!! P.S. Most of the super positive reviews below correspond to the former manager (Shelly Durrant). After summer 2021, when the management changed, living in Logan Landing became a bad choice. Save a lot of headaches and rent somewhere else :)

When I moved into this place, they said the price was $1,700 a month because everything in the apartment was nice and renovated ($200 more than the other tenets are paying). I thought that was expensive but the place did look nice so I went for it. First week of May, we discovered the place's AC unit is broken. We reached out to maintenance with no reply. Called and left a message with no reply. Finally emailed and got a response from the property manager who said they'd call someone to look at it. They never did despite me sending a handful of reminder emails. It was June at this point, so I call the AC company myself and they came to look at it within the hour. They give me an estimate and say they'll reach out to management to get it fixed. Management took another month to respond. They sent an email saying the AC company will come fix it soon. It's now July 10th (2 1/2 months since we reached out) and no sign of the AC company. Big let down from a place that's supposed to be "nice and renovated." I'd definitely sell my contract if I could but no one in their right mind would move into a place with no AC mid July in Logan. I've asked management if we can move apartments with no reply. I've talked to other residents during this time and sure enough their apartments are full of broken things that maintenance is "getting around to doing." So my recommendation is to live somewhere else that's cheaper and sure to take better care of their property and residents.

My roommates and I were looking for a place to move in and tried to do a tour of this place, we weren't able to since their carpet cleaners were scheduled at the same time our tour was scheduled. Which isn't a huge deal, but during the time we were at the office talking about the unit, we said it was 4 unrelated adults and the person in the office said that didn't matter. After each one of us did an application, costing $35 each for a total of $140, they sent an email saying that since we have more than 3 unrelated adults we can't rent from them and they couldn't refund the application amount. Save yourself the hassle and rent somewhere else.

Super nice management but overly expensive. We had to move out because they raised the rent too much for us to afford. They unnecessarily charged us for items when we moved out. We didn't hang up a single item on the wall but they've billed us $200 for patching and painting walls?! This place isn't worth it, even temporarily. EDIT: Moved it down to a 1 star. They say you can argue the charges if you put it in email but I have yet to hear from them again. Not even a confirmation that they have received it and is reviewing it. EDIT 2: Moved it to 4 stars. They apparently weren't receiving my emails, might have been an issue on my end. They were able to work with me and I got a much better security deposit back. Rent prices are going up in the area which is why the rent went up for us, but there comes a point where buying a house is cheaper than renting.
