I absolutely love this place! Both Shelly (who runs the office) and Dave (maintenance) are amazing! I moved from Idaho for school and I have never felt more welcome to a new home in my life. The town homes are beautiful both inside and out. Pets are welcomed and loved. I cant say enough good things about this place.

I love this place! Shelley is the manager and she does a fantastic job. She is so great to work with! The location is wonderful and there is tons of parking! One of my favorite places I've lived in Logan!

We have loved our experience here! Shelly is the sweetest and always quick to answer emails with any questions we have. I emailed her about a wasps nest outside of our door and Dave was there less than 10 minutes later to take care of it. Speaking of Dave, he is very personable and does a great job repairing anything in need of fixing. The pool and hot tub are well maintained so our family got to enjoy it regularly. Such a fun perk to an already great community! Neighbors are kind and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s pet friendly, but even people without animals can enjoy it because the lawns are kept clean. Landscaping also does a great job coming every week. My favorite part is probably the HUGE kitchens. Granite countertops with So. Much. Space. Love it! Seriously, the townhomes are beautiful and roomy. Definitely 5 stars!

Shelly was always a good manager. The townhouses are nice, maintenance was always pretty quick, no complaints at all. I highly recommend this place.

Overall, our experience at Logan Landing was fantastic! We really appreciated working with Dave, who does the maintance. The apartment was well taken care of and landscaping was great. The checkout process was very fair and smooth. They gave us the opportunity to redo a couple of things we missed on the checklist. The only issue was that sometimes communicating with the office could be a little challenging / confusing. Also, the pool was closed for the entirety of our contract which was a small bummer.
