This place is a real trash hole I would never recommend this place to anyone. they don't care about anything or anyone they like to suck you dry for money. you might as well buy a house for the price they want for their crappy apartments. it's so bad with the drugs and violence that a cop has to patrol in there every night and they don't care about fixing things up right away you basically have to wait for months or fix it yourself if you want it done right away and they won't work with you when your late on the rent they will just kick you out and screw you over. I promise it wouldn't be worth it to rent this place!!!

I wish so bad that I could give this place a zero! They are horrible people to rent from. When me and my husband first moved in it was nice for a little while. And we thought that we were going to love it there. But turns out the maintenance and the managers were a bunch of idiots. They like to take forever just to fix things up, and we had black mold growing in our kids bathroom due to a leak coming from the upstairs neighbors, And they didn't care to fix it. It was there for five months before we left. They could care less about the stoners and other druggies in there. So if you like to do drugs this is the place for you. It's definitely not a kid friendly place at all!! And when your late on the rent they don't like to work with you. They will just send it to their lawyer's and evict you out. They don't care about anyone but themselves. And they also like to find every way possible to suck you dry for money. So if you have children I would highly recommend looking some where else!!!

Very unsafe, we have had 2 bikes stolen, 5 sets of tires popped and my son who is 9 years old gets ganged up on by the other kids around here. Of course the apartment says they can't do anything, why would they create a safe place to live as long as you pay. My rating... NOT SAFE

Great staff and maintenence team. Very timely when things need to get done. Family friendly community, never any problems with criminal activity. I always feel safe and the neighbors are friendly. We moved here regardless of the poor negative reviews and found that it was worth it. Many people can only seem to point out negatives especially when in an apartment complex. Some changes that could be made include spraying balconies down after the winter, being more strict regarding doggy droppings, and cleaning of steps within each building.

The apartments are fine for college students and families that dont have a lot of money. However, all the apartments have a slew of issues. Most of the 3 bedrooms have experienced leaky showers as we have, and Maintenance still has not fully fixed the leak, or fixed the hole ripped in our ceiling. Apparently the only way you can get things fixed is by pestering the office day in and day out. The photos on their website look nothing like the apartments actually look. You cant paint the walls, all of the apartments have quite a bit of disrepair and despite our care while living here, we have multiple issues in the home that we will end up being responsible for. The outside isnt much better. They run the sprinklers far too often and the grass doesnt grow well. No one picks up their trash, people leave furniture by the trash cans even though they aren't allowed to, and no one picks up after their pets. If you are going to rent here, also be aware that the only way out of your lease is to pay all future rent that would be paid had you stayed. Again, the place is tolerable for the 12 month lease they have, but be prepared for lots of issues that will be taken care of slowly, inconsiderate neighbors and minimal space. It's fine for poor college students like us, but if you want a GOOD apartment for a fair price this is not the place.
