I live here at village park and have had a good experience doing so until tonight when I saw the manager Amanda yelling at 9:00 at night to a single mother with her daughter about her dog not being on a leash when I see tons of dogs running around everyday in doing so she used the f word twice while her 4 year old daughter was right in front of her this is not how you resolve a situation to top it off she threatened to evict her and kept harassing her and telling her to "plan accordingly". This was very unprofessional and heartless I am now looking to move after my lease is up and would never refer anyone to live here and my heart goes out to that woman and her daughter.

I lived here three years of my college career and wish I had moved in sooner! The price is great for the apartments you are provided. Matinence requests are handled in a timely manner, our heater went out and within the day it was getting fixed. It did require a part that they had to order in so we were without a heater for a weekend and they brought over all the space heaters they could to make sure we were comfortable. Shelly the landlord is a great landlord who I enjoyed interacting with. She is very honest with tenants which I do appreciate. Everything is lined out in your leasing contract which you should read and you will have no problems living in this community. It is not student housing so it is unreasonable to expect to be able to exit your lease in May without finding someone to take over your remaining lease, I knew this and planned ahead and Shelly was the most accommodating to my situation. I would tell anyone this is a great place to live, as I enjoyed my experience and had friends living in other units that have lived here the same duration as I have and love it!

I have been living in village park apartment for 5 months. It's the worst place ever.. No matter how bad u need a place stay out of this place. Thy charge different amounts every month. Mold growing down the sides of the buildings. The management say I am living in a remodel apartment, that can't be true when I have doors with patched holes and molding falling of the wall. The paint is so ppor it has stuff sticking in it. Thy even got paint on the lights and things.... Well see how my lease ends. I feel thy are going to thy to stick me with the stuff there matanice pal should have done. I think thy may try to keep 1140 we put down.... I'll keep google up dated......

This place is a real trash hole I would never recommend this place to anyone. they don't care about anything or anyone they like to suck you dry for money. you might as well buy a house for the price they want for their crappy apartments. it's so bad with the drugs and violence that a cop has to patrol in there every night and they don't care about fixing things up right away you basically have to wait for months or fix it yourself if you want it done right away and they won't work with you when your late on the rent they will just kick you out and screw you over. I promise it wouldn't be worth it to rent this place!!!

I wish so bad that I could give this place a zero! They are horrible people to rent from. When me and my husband first moved in it was nice for a little while. And we thought that we were going to love it there. But turns out the maintenance and the managers were a bunch of idiots. They like to take forever just to fix things up, and we had black mold growing in our kids bathroom due to a leak coming from the upstairs neighbors, And they didn't care to fix it. It was there for five months before we left. They could care less about the stoners and other druggies in there. So if you like to do drugs this is the place for you. It's definitely not a kid friendly place at all!! And when your late on the rent they don't like to work with you. They will just send it to their lawyer's and evict you out. They don't care about anyone but themselves. And they also like to find every way possible to suck you dry for money. So if you have children I would highly recommend looking some where else!!!

Very unsafe, we have had 2 bikes stolen, 5 sets of tires popped and my son who is 9 years old gets ganged up on by the other kids around here. Of course the apartment says they can't do anything, why would they create a safe place to live as long as you pay. My rating... NOT SAFE
