Wouldn't even give 1 star. I'm counting down the months until my lease ends! WORST PLACE EVER, MANAGEMENT IS RUDE SAY THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED? How is that my fault?? I pay my damn rent on time so you should be able to fix the request we have also! They get annoyed when you call! NEVER RENT HERE!!

Lived in building B and the other tenants are nasty dog litter is left on the grass and sidewalk every single day. Told management but nothing was ever done.

So I am thinking of moving here but the reviews gets worse and worse. What is going on here? Is no one doing anything about this mess? It looks like a fine place. I went for a tour and the girl that assisted me was nice. I'd asked her why the review is so poor and she couldn't answer. So I am asking to the administrator. Why is the review so bad for years and hardly no improvement. And is it true that you pay to use the swimming pool when its included as amenities?

My boyfriend lives here and tonight after visiting him I got in my car to leave. As I was sitting in my car - 3 people walked by my car very slowly and looked in my car and directly at me. I felt very uncomfortable. As I was getting ready to leave - a car drove by really slowly and then stopped, and begun to reverse back behind me. I got nervous and so I turned my car off to try and run back inside to grab my boyfriend. As Iâm getting ready to run inside - a guy gets out the car with a bright flashlight and flashes me numerous times. Looking closely, I noticed it was a security guard. I opened my door to speak with him - just for him to ask me what Iâm doing here so late at night, and when I explained that I had just got done visiting my boyfriend - he mentioned that I shouldnât be here since Iâm not a resident. What he heck??? I was parked in the visitor parking, to visit my boyfriend! Iâll be honest - I was thinking about moving in here within the next few months, but Iâve decided otherwise. Everyone - do not ever live here!!!! Is scary and dangerous at night - and the security guard/guards will harass you instead of help you. This place is no place for anyone. Itâs definitely the ghetto of Orem.
