giving this place a 1 because i cant rate them at 0. my experience: 1- a bird flew through a vent into my laundry room, and it took maintenance 3 days to come and get it. they left it there without telling me and it died in the vent. (still there 3 months later) 2- there has NEVER been a day the toilet hasnât clogged. 3- within one month, both shower towel rods fell off the wall, the fridge handle broke off, and the front of a drawer in the kitchen broke off (with all the screws scattering) 4-there was a gap in my door frame so big that light from outside lit up the room, and all maintenance did was glue something rubbery onto the front my door. 5- when i moved in, there was mold in the shower and they still havenât come to clean it a year later 6- rent is expensive for the poor quality, and if you decide to renew the lease then rent goes up 7- the carpet had holes and stains on it from when i first moved in 8- the floor in the laundry room is so water damaged, i physically cannot keep my own balance or place any furniture / appliances on it 9- gaping holes in the laundry room floor / walls that have obviously never been tended or cleaned out 10- office hours are terrible. if you work a 9-5 job youâll never be able to contact them.

We love sweet Shelly so much! And Dave is awesome too..best maintenance guy ever!!!! We love our cute townhouse and its so cozy and clean! We have amazing neighbors and our critters love it here too! I can't say enough good things about this place and the management!!!!!

I lived at Logan Landing for more than 11 years. The management (especially Shelley) have been awesome to work with and have been responsive on all issues. My only real complaint is the increasing cost of rent, especially for our long history in the same location. But I'm sure that's all rentals. We did also get eviction notices on our door that, when disputed, turned out were not related to us, only a minor inconvenience. The amenities were the best we could find: in unit washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, lawn for our dog, very little noise issue through the walls, lots of parking, great location, regular lawn care, snow removal, granite countertops, Central A/C, etc. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to live!

Maintaining around here really sucks and the laundry mat they provide only has one working drier. They suck at notifying us when anything happening to the apartments. One day they were repainting the roads and decided to tow everyone's cars to the other side of the apartments with no notice I literally thought my car got stolen. There is really good a/c and heater but that's the only pro here.
