It's time for a disappointing "bad" review. Don't live in Logan Landing. My wife, kids and I were only there for a year and even though the building was owned by my father-in-law, Reside Residentials makes it hard for you to enjoy your stay. There are several things that upset me, but the return deposit was the kicker. 1. The pool was hardly ever open and when it was, it was gross because the garbages were never emptied out! They'd continuously tell us that the pool needed chemicals and honestly, every time we suited up to go swimming, it was locked. 2. My covered parking spot still got snow all over it - what's the point in paying for parking if it doesn't work? 3. They never weeded (we did it ourselves). 4. And this is a big 4, we only got $200 of our $1000 deposit back!! We hardly did anything to the walls/baseboards and they changed us $400 for paint! Not only that but the apartment was rented shortly after us. No way did they paint it. Additionally, my wife, mom and mother in law all did an amazing job cleaning and we were still charged $75. While in our stay, we broke 2 blinds and were changed $150. Also, did I mention we only stayed for a year? We left the apartment in much better condition than we found it and yet we were charged for carpet cleaning. The list goes on and on. Don't rent from reside residentials! You won't get your deposit back and the experience (such as amenities) suck! - Dissatisfied customer

Move in was terrible! The unit was absolutely not renter ready. There is no way it passed any sort of inspection. Trash and dust everywhere; mold and stains under every appliance. A large crack in the floor that they said they cannot fix. Pet hair on everything. This was not clean, and hazardous to health. Update: I have found the source of the problems. The rental management company, Here is my review from their company: Reside Rentals has been terrible to work with so far. I moved in to a town home unit managed by them and it was disgusting. Carpet was torn up, human and pet hair everywhere, everything was dusty, there was pet food and mold growing under the kitchen appliances, and over 200 smaller issues. I have spoken with 3rd party contractors and maintenance teams and they all have said that RR does not give them adequate time to turn over a unit before the next tenet moves in. There were complaints about who ever in the office runs the Meld system, (the maintenance request system). It does not inform maintenance when tenets are scheduled to move in, and the person running the system has trouble getting things put in on time and approving bids. It took maintenance over a week to get to me and cleaner only contacted me a week after move in. Because of the major delays and blatant neglect I was forced to clean everything myself and still havenât heard back from them about compensation. Communication has been non existent, Iâve talked with the on-site manager and have been told I would hear back from people soon, (maintenance, 3rd party contractors, etc.) nope nothing, I have had to reach out to the companies myself and explain who I was and the situation. As stated above, all have shared similar experiences working with RR. Delays in payment, and processing, poor communication to them, it ruins the whole process. I have not been impressed at all with them. We will see if they can change my mind within the next few days and I might update this review to reflect a positive outcome. Else I would look for someone else to rent with. Donât sign anything until you have inspected the property, and they fix any issues you find!

Despite some negative reviews, we took a chance on this townhome community after seeing a beautiful unit. We lived here happily for nearly 3 years. Overall, 4-star experience. We had a few issues like our A/C going out in the middle of summer while heavily pregnant/bringing a new baby home. They took over a week to repair it. And a ton of pest (ants and wasps) issues with no help from management. The dishwasher never worked properly (but that's typical with most rentals). But few other major complaints until we had to unexpectedly move out a couple months earlier than our lease end. This was out of our control but we understood that we were breaking the lease. The manager Abby was incredibly difficult to work with. I mean, we've rented at 4 different places with different landlords and she was by far the hardest to get a straight answer from. When we approached her asking for help getting a new tenant because we weren't able to pay, she said there was nothing she could do even though when we called about having to terminate our lease, she said they'd do whatever they could. It took weeks of multiple emails and calls to hear back each time we had a question. We moved out 10/5/2024 and despite our lease not ending til December, they were doing work by the end of October, forbidding us to enter, took things we left there and said they hadn't, all while WE WERE PAYING RENT! We had multiple conversations with them about the legalities of this but they refused to end our lease (and payment responsibility) early even though they were breaking their end of the deal. Questionable at best. It is so unfortunate that 3 years of enjoyable renting turned out this way. I would advise against renting with Reside Rentals and Logan Landing.
